RidenRoll – Facebook User Data Deletion Policy

RidenRoll values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with Facebook’s Platform Terms and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable). This policy describes how Facebook users can request deletion of their data collected through our mobile apps or web services that integrate with Facebook (e.g., Facebook Login, Facebook Ads, or Meta SDK).

1. Data We Collect via Facebook

When you sign in or interact with RidenRoll through Facebook, we may receive the following information (depending on your permissions and settings):

- Public profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Facebook User ID (for login identification)
- Locale, gender, or friends list (if authorized)
- Ad tracking and analytics data (if you interact with RidenRoll ads)

We only use this data to:
- Verify your identity for login and account setup
- Personalize your in-app experience
- Deliver targeted promotions and support messages

We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook data with third parties outside of RidenRoll’s operational partners (for example: payment processors or cloud service providers).

2. Data Retention

Your Facebook-related data is stored only as long as your RidenRoll account remains active or as required by law for compliance, fraud prevention, and record-keeping. Once your account is deleted, all Facebook-linked information is permanently removed from our active databases within 7 business days and from backup systems within 30 days.

3. Data Deletion Request

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your associated data by any of the following methods:

Option 1 – Self-Service Deletion

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
3. Find and select RidenRoll.
4. Click “Remove App”. This will revoke our access and trigger an automatic deletion request to RidenRoll.

Option 2 – Manual Deletion Request

You can also request deletion directly by emailing:
support@ridenroll.com  

Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number associated with your RidenRoll or Facebook account
- The subject line: “Facebook Data Deletion Request”

Once we receive your request:
- Your data will be deleted from our systems within 7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

4. Automatic Deletion via API (Developers Only)

If you remove your Facebook permissions or uninstall the RidenRoll app, our system automatically receives a callback request (/user_data_deletion) from Facebook and processes the deletion of your Facebook-related data.
