Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the RidenRoll Global Digital Membership Program ("Membership"). By creating a RidenRoll Global Digital Membership account or using a Digital Membership Badge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

To become a RidenRoll Global Digital Member, you must:

  • Be the minimum legal age required in your country, state, or jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Verify your email address and mobile phone number.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Some membership features may require additional identity verification.

2. Free Membership

The basic RidenRoll Global Membership is currently provided at no cost.

Free Membership may include:

  • Digital Member ID
  • Member Number
  • QR Code
  • Ride Booking Access
  • Event Access
  • Business Check-In
  • Community Participation
  • Member Communications

RidenRoll may modify available features at any time.

3. Optional Premium Membership

Certain features may require an optional paid subscription, including but not limited to:

  • Dynamic QR Code
  • Printable Badge
  • Enhanced Verification
  • Priority Access
  • Premium Member Benefits

Subscription pricing may change with advance notice.

4. Digital Badge Disclaimer

The RidenRoll Digital Membership Badge is a private membership credential only.

It is not a government-issued identification card, driver's license, passport, immigration document, or official proof of identity.

Participating businesses and organizations may choose to use the badge as one factor in their own verification process but remain solely responsible for their own admission and verification decisions.

Lost or Compromised Devices

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their mobile devices, passwords, and account credentials.

If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, you should immediately notify RidenRoll so your Digital Membership Badge or QR Code can be disabled if necessary.

5. QR Code Usage

Your QR Code is intended only for legitimate membership verification.

Businesses, schools, hotels, event organizers, and participating organizations may scan your QR Code to verify:

  • Membership status
  • Badge validity
  • Account status
  • Verification status (if applicable)

The QR Code does not guarantee admission, services, discounts, or access.

Each participating organization determines its own admission policies.

Dynamic QR Code

For security purposes, certain QR Codes may automatically rotate, expire, become inactive, or require re-authentication.

Inactive or expired QR Codes may not be accepted by participating businesses or organizations.

6. Identity Verification

Some membership levels may include identity verification.

Verification may involve:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Selfie verification
  • Email verification
  • Phone verification

Verification confirms that the information submitted matched available verification methods at the time of review.

Verification does not:

  • Guarantee future conduct.
  • Guarantee personal safety.
  • Guarantee criminal history clearance.

Membership verification does not certify that a member has completed or passed a criminal background check unless RidenRoll specifically states that such screening has been completed for that particular membership level.

  • Replace background investigations required by employers or government agencies.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important.

RidenRoll collects only information necessary to:

  • Operate the Membership
  • Verify accounts
  • Improve security
  • Provide services
  • Prevent fraud

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information. California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California privacy laws.

International members may have additional rights under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

8. Business Check-In

Participating businesses may use RidenRoll to:

  • Verify membership status
  • Record check-in time
  • Verify badge validity
  • Improve visitor management

Businesses are responsible for their own security decisions.

Participation in the RidenRoll Membership Program is voluntary.

Businesses, schools, hotels, event organizers, and other participating organizations independently determine whether to accept RidenRoll Membership for entry, verification, discounts, or other services.

RidenRoll does not control admission decisions made by participating organizations.

9. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

  • Ride access
  • Event participation
  • Business check-in
  • Hotel check-in
  • Visitor management
  • Retail offers
  • Community events
  • Future partner services

Benefits vary by location and participating businesses. Features displayed in marketing materials, advertisements, demonstrations, or promotional content may be introduced in phases and may not be available in every country, state, city, or participating location.

No specific benefit is guaranteed.

10. Discounts

Member discounts are offered solely by participating businesses.

RidenRoll does not guarantee:

  • Availability
  • Pricing
  • Merchant participation
  • Product availability

Discounts are offered solely by participating businesses and may change or end without notice.

11. Subscription Fees and Refunds

Optional premium membership subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time.

The total purchase price, including any applicable taxes, government fees, or payment processing fees (if applicable), will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

12. User Responsibilities

Members agree:

  • Provide truthful information.
  • Maintain account security.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Follow applicable laws.
  • Respect businesses and event organizers.
  • Not misuse the Membership system.

13. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create fraudulent accounts.
  • Share your badge.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload false identification.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with the platform.
  • Use the Membership for unlawful purposes.

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

14. Suspension or Termination

RidenRoll may suspend or terminate Membership if:

  • Fraud is suspected.
  • False information is submitted.
  • These Terms are violated.
  • Required verification cannot be completed.
  • The account presents a security risk.

Members may voluntarily cancel their Membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting RidenRoll Support.

RidenRoll may suspend or deactivate inactive accounts after an extended period in accordance with its policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

RidenRoll provides the Membership platform "AS IS."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidenRoll is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by participating businesses
  • Refused entry
  • Denied discounts
  • Third-party actions
  • Service interruptions
  • Data transmission delays
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

RidenRoll shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, acts of government, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Changes to Membership

RidenRoll may:

  • Add new features
  • Remove features
  • Update pricing
  • Modify membership benefits
  • Improve security
  • Update these Terms
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Membership and may cancel your Membership at any time.

17. Intellectual Property

The RidenRoll name, logos, software, Digital Badge designs, trademarks, and related content remain the exclusive property of RideIn Technologies, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through informal discussions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Member Acknowledgement

By selecting "I Agree", you electronically sign these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that electronic records and electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by applicable law.

  • You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree to be bound by them.
  • You consent to electronic communications related to your membership.
  • You understand that membership verification helps participating organizations verify your membership status but does not guarantee admission, services, or personal safety.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and RidenRoll regarding your Membership and supersede any prior understandings relating to the Membership.
