RidenRoll Refer a Solo Driver & Earn – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the RidenRoll "Refer a Driver & Earn" program. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility

  • To be eligible, you must be an active RidenRoll account holder in good standing.
  • Referred individuals must be new drivers who have not previously registered with RidenRoll.

 

2. How It Works

  • Share your unique referral code or link found in the app.
  • Your referred driver must:
    • Sign up using your referral code or link.
    • Complete all required onboarding steps, including passing the background check.
    • Successfully complete their first ride(s) on the RidenRoll platform.

 

3. Referral Reward

  • You will receive a reward each eligible referred driver once they complete their first 1st ride(s).
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, but RidenRoll reserves the right to limit rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

 

4. Reward Payment & Usage

  • Active Drivers:
    • Rewards will be paid out through your connected Stripe account.
    • You are eligible to cash out your referral earnings.
  • Active Users (Non-drivers):
    • Rewards will be credited to your RidenRoll Wallet.
    • Wallet balance can be used for ride payments but cannot be cashed out.
  • Only active drivers who meet platform requirements are eligible for direct cash payouts.

 

5. Referral Status Tracking

  • You can view the status of your referrals in the "Track Referrals" section of the app.
  • If a referred driver does not use your code or link during sign-up, the referral will not be tracked, and no reward will be issued.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • No spamming, misleading promotions, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Referral codes may not be used in paid search ads or violate any RidenRoll policies.
  • Any violation may result in disqualification from the program and suspension of your account.

 

7. Program Changes

  • RidenRoll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time with or without notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on the app or official website.

 

8. Disputes & Final Authority

  • All decisions regarding referral eligibility and reward issuance are made at RidenRoll’s sole discretion.
  • If you believe there has been an error in tracking or payout, please contact support within 14 days of the referral.
