RidenRoll is a driver-first technology platform that empowers independent transportation businesses — including solo drivers and fleet operators — to connect directly with riders. All drivers operate as independent business entities and are not employees, agents, or contractors of RidenRoll. RidenRoll provides platform access and business tools, but does not supervise, schedule, or employ drivers.
RidenRoll offers a flat, flexible, tier-based subscription that resets monthly. All subscriptions begin on the 1st of each month and automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled. Your activity is tracked each month based on the tier you select, and billing is determined by that tier’s access level. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your 24/7 Driver Portal, with changes taking effect in the next monthly cycle. All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. If you cancel your subscription and wish to return, you may be required to restart the entire application process, including paying a new application processing fee, background check fee, and subscription setup fee. Space is not guaranteed upon return. By subscribing, you agree to all billing terms and acknowledge that RidenRoll is a technology platform serving independent transportation businesses — not an employer, agent, or dispatch service.
