The entities listed herein include independently owned and operated Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) authorized to provide ride services within their respective states as well as, where applicable, transportation services provided directly by Ridein Technologies, Inc. (“RidenRoll”) in jurisdictions or service categories where RidenRoll is authorized to operate.

Where required by law, each independent affiliate maintains a valid TNC permit or operating authority issued by the appropriate state or local regulatory agency. In jurisdictions where RidenRoll operates directly, RidenRoll maintains any required licenses, permits, or authorizations applicable to its operations.

Independent affiliates utilize the RidenRoll platform, including its technology infrastructure, dispatch tools, compliance systems, and backend operational support, to facilitate their transportation services. Except where RidenRoll operates directly, RidenRoll does not own, manage, or control the day-to-day business operations of independent affiliates and serves primarily as a technology, compliance-management, and support service provider.

Each independent affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to licensing, insurance coverage, driver onboarding, and operational standards applicable to its jurisdiction.

RidenRoll may periodically review, update, and publish this information to reflect the most current data available. However, RidenRoll makes no representations or warranties regarding the ongoing licensure or regulatory standing of any independent affiliate. Responsibility for maintaining active authorization with applicable regulatory authorities remains with each affiliate.
