RidenRoll Services Subscription Agreement Acknowledgement

SOLO BUSINESS DRIVER SUBSCRIPTION ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that as a Solo Business Driver I receive one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable fare associated with the vehicle category I elect to operate and retain one hundred percent (100%) of all tips. I understand that I operate as an independent business and may register and operate any eligible vehicle with a seating capacity of six (6) passengers or fewer, and may change the vehicle I operate at any time at my sole discretion, subject only to applicable safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements. I further acknowledge that I may select from available subscription options based on my business needs and may modify or cancel my subscription at any time without penalty in accordance with platform policies. 

I further acknowledge and agree that I operate an independent business and that nothing in my use of the RidenRoll platform creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between myself and RidenRoll.

Workers’ Compensation Acknowledgment

Drivers acknowledge that they operate independent businesses and that RidenRoll does not provide workers’ compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, or employee benefits of any kind. Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining any workers’ compensation insurance that may be required by applicable law for themselves and their business operations.

I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to be bound by the RidenRoll Services Subscription Agreement and understand and accept all associated fees, including a $99 one-time document processing fee, a $49 non-refundable background check fee, a monthly platform subscription under either the Pay-As-You-Go plan starting at $49 per month or a flat subscription fee of $345 per month for unlimited access, a $20 weekly advertising support fee, and a $5.00 monthly ongoing background monitoring and compliance fee charged automatically while my account remains active. I understand that these fees are required to establish and maintain my account, satisfy ongoing regulatory and safety compliance requirements, and provide continued access to RidenRoll’s technology platform, support infrastructure, background monitoring, and promotional tools. 

I voluntarily consent to these terms and authorize RidenRoll to charge all applicable fees to the payment method I elect, including authorization for automatic and recurring payments, and I acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Agreement Review and Electronic Acceptance

I acknowledge that I have been provided full access to the RidenRoll Services Subscription Agreement and all related platform policies prior to signing this acknowledgment. I confirm that I had sufficient opportunity to read, review, and understand the Agreement and that I voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for reviewing the Agreement before accepting it and that failure to read the Agreement does not affect its enforceability.

I understand and expressly agree that the RidenRoll Services Subscription Agreement includes provisions requiring binding arbitration, waiver of jury trial, waiver of participation in class or collective actions, and limitations on representative claims, including claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that my electronic signature, digital acceptance, or continued use of the RidenRoll platform constitutes my legally binding approval of the Agreement.

I further acknowledge that the full RidenRoll Services Subscription Agreement and platform policies remain available for review at any time within the RidenRoll Driver App under the “Policies” or “Legal” section.
